12 Weeks & Counting...
Well, the cats out of the bag. My Eggo's Prego. I'm past that 3 month mark and can finally let the world know (which is probably a really good thing, cuz I don't think my mom is very good at keeping secrets). I'm due March 23rd, 2010... so if you want a future child of yours to have a really good point guard as a teammate, I'd get started on... well... you know... baby making. ;) Our first ultrasound was today and for the first time things started to sink in a bit. The little kiddo was moving and stretching all over the place. Very active little sucker. I haven't been sick at all (don't hate me for that) and haven't felt much difference besides always being hungry (don't hate me for that either) and taking more potty breaks. Matt obviously thinks it's going to be a boy cuz that's what all husbands think, but I think it's going to be a girl. Not because I want a girl... just a gut feeling. But who knows? We'll be stoked with either way!

Court-- congrats!! So excited for you guys. If you thought your life was good, just wait until you have kids, oh man it is the best! I am very happy for you!
Courtnaaaaay! I'm so excited for you! Hugh will have a cousin his age! Sweeet! Although, does this make them 2nd cousins? I have no clue how that actually works. And YES, I totally hate you for having a perfect pregnancy! I was throwing up every night for 7 weeks! But holy crap, I'm so excited for you!!! I hope we get to see you again someday in our lives!

OMG!!!! Congrats! A little Court running around...that's funny. Ha! And yes, I hate you for having such an easy pregnancy! Just pray you don't gain 55+ lbs like I did. that would suck.

so, don't hate me for being so late to post a comment on this excellent news. i've actually been anxiously anticipating a post with baby in the title for some time now, so imagine my frustration when i read 12 weeks and counting and anticipate something about new moon...lo and behold, its baby news and my bloglist thing is behind!!! yay for you!! i am so stoked. i can't wait to meet the little dude, whatever it may be. i vote that he/she and sofi will be best buddies and i will be dubbed "aunt tara" even though i'm not really an aunt. good times. i wish i could call you right now, but my phone is dead and i can't find the charger since we moved. lame, i know. but, what do you expect? its me, right? congratulations!!! i can't wait to hear all about it.
ps i totally don't hate you for not being sick or being hungry all the time. more power to you where both are concerned. enjoy the fact that you're vertical and eat some chocolate cake for me!!
